Our chauffeur will pick you up from the hotel to the Tulsi Ghat for the 90 minutes Varanasi Yoga tour class given by renowned Yoga instructor name Miss. Smriti Chakravarti. She is a founder of Om International Yoga Health Society, which is an NGO. This India Yoga tour class is taken in the Courtyard of the Shiv Temple situated in Tulsi Ghat. The Yoga class initiates with the worship of Lord Shiva by chanting the Mahamritiunjay Mantra. She starts with a body warm-up exercises followed by Surya Namaskar (salutation to the sun, a blend of 12 asanas), backward bending, spinal twisting, forward bending, inverted, balancing asana, pranayama, bandha, and mudra.

The Yoga tour is informative as well the instructor gives 10-15 minutes lesson on its benefits. At the end of the Varanasi yoga tour, the respected guest is dropped back to the hotel in a chauffeur-driven car.
