Day 01: Delhi to Amritsar by Flight
In the morning around 08:00 am, you would be picked up from your hotel in Delhi and transferred to the airport to board the to Amritsar. At airport in Amritsar, after meeting our representative you will be transferred to the hotel in Amritsar by an AC car. In the evening, you will witness the Palki ceremony at Golden Temple. Being the holy shrine, Golden Temple sees a lot of visitors every day.  A sense of calm & spirituality is felt in the Golden Temple and you will be able to see the Palki ceremony, conducted twice a day, a process of carrying the holy book Guru Granth Sahib to room accompanied by chanting of hymns. After a day of peace & serendipity, you will return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Amritsar Sightseeing
After the breakfast, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Amritsar. Visit the holy Golden Temple and lose yourself in the spiritual atmosphere. Known for its Sikh culture and tranquil, Golden Temple is a popular spot and give you the experience of Punjab culture. After the spiritual trip, head towards Jallianwala Bagh and get to explore the memorial, where the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre happened. Afternoon calls for the exciting beating retreat ceremony that takes place at the Wagah Border gate before sunset. After soaking in the patriotism, enjoy the traditional dinner at Sadda Pind. Later you will be dropped back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Amritsar – Chandigarh by road (220 kms /4 to 5 hours) 
After the breakfast, you will be driven towards Chandigarh by an AC car. After the check in at the hotel, a visit to rock garden will give you a sense of relaxation. Built using urban & industrial waste, Rock Garden has been designed & constructed by Nek Chand, former road inspector in Chandigarh. It is a sculpture garden and has different types of installations present. Also present is an open-air exhibition hall, theatre trove & a miniature maze. You can also find some performances taking place at the theatre. Enjoy the overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Chandigarh – Kalka by road (30 kms / 1 hour) - Shimla by Toy Train
After the breakfast, you will be taken to Kalka Railway Station to board the toy train for Shimla (The Himalayan Queen 52455: Departing Kalka at 12:10 hrs // Arriving Shimla at 17:30 hrs). The toy train ride in itself is quite exciting and you will get to see breathtaking views while on the train, including huge mountains & dark tunnels, ones like in the films. On arrival in Shimla, you will be transferred to the hotel and you can enjoy the overnight stay.

Day 05: Shimla & Kufri sightseeing
After the breakfast, sightseeing around Shimla will begin. Located just 16 km away from Shimla, Kufri is known for its trekking & hiking trails. It gives a view of lush green valleys, deep forests, mountains & scenic views. In the evening, you will return to Shimla, explore and indulge in shopping at Mall road.

Day 06: Shimla – Chandigarh by road (120 kms / 4 hours) - Delhi by Flight
After the breakfast, you will be driven back to Chandigarh by car. Afternoon; you will be dropped to the airport in Chandigarh to board the scheduled flight back to Delhi. 

Note: In case if there are any infants traveling with you, there will be infant charges applicable in domestic flights which will be charged additionally.
